Return Period: You have 30 days to return the item starting from the date you received the item.

Return Policy: We accept returns under the following circumstances:

Non-Returnable Items

Refund:

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund you the original amount based on your original payment method. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process the refund within one week and notify you via email of the progress of your refund.

Refund:We will return your money within 72 hours after receipt of the goods and the refund will be returned to your payment account

Evidence provision: In order to process a refund request, customers may need to provide relevant evidence such as product photos, order numbers, transaction records, and screenshots of incorrect information.

General Return Process

2. Return instructions via email: Our customer service representatives will email you return instructions and the return address.

3. Pack the returned goods: Please follow the return instructions to properly pack the returned goods to ensure that the goods are not damaged during the return process.

4. Sending returned goods: Send the properly packaged returned goods back to the specified return address.

Return Charges

* At our expense: If the return is due to damage, a defect or our error, we will cover the shipping costs of the return.

* At your expense: If the return is made for personal reasons (e.g. you don’t like it, the size isn’t right, etc.), the return shipping costs are at your expense.

Restocking Fee

* No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returning a product.
